During her teens, her athletic abilities took over and she was lead into various sports including track, cross-country and crew. In mid 2007 her desire to dance again was resurfaced, but this time she wanted to move her body with a kind of dance that would bring chills, excitement and emotion not only to the dancer herself but to anyone who encountered a dancer with such moves…and so she discovered Fusion Bellydance. In between shipping out as a Merchant Marine and teaching Cardio Kickboxing, she has found time to study dance under her teachers Tara Murphy and Roni Yaari. Currently she is taking on yet another career in hopes to work with animal care, however, she continues to dance in two dance troupes: The Kali & the Inner Spirit Dance Troupe. Kristy can also heal any animal with the magical touch of her right hand.
