The Kali Tribal Fusion Dance Troupe is a collection of lovely ladies trained in the art of Bellydance.  Artistic Director and Choreographer Tara Murphy formed this concept in the summer of 2008, taking Genivieve and Navah under her wing, thus beginning the ascent to creating her ideas into reality. THe Kali became an official "team"  in February 2009, inviting seven more talented dancers into the troupe. The rest is history.

The Kali's core is derived from Tribal Fusion Bellydance, with elements of Burlesque, Modern Dance, Hip Hop, and Contemporary Middle Eastern Bellydance. Working with various props, such as candles, hula hoops, flags, swords, and veils, make The Kali a diversified treat for any visual audience. Not conforming to any rules, Tara puts her own style into her choreography, making their shows unique, exciting and always leave you wanting more.
